With over 20 years of experience in this field, Dion has helped people, places, policies and practices become more equitable. Currently Dion serves as the Director of the Office of Equity and Anti-racism where he helps to bring a sense of trust, wellbeing and belonging to all.

A DEIB Director and a global senior leader with proven expertise in DEIB, L&D and Change Management. With a career spanning over 20 years, MJ has earned her stripes in driving impactful change within retail, financial services, and consulting industries. For the past decade, she has held senior leadership roles at Nike, Inc. most recently as Director of DEI Education, where her team was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end education of DEI learning globally, inclusive of retail, corporate and distribution centers for 80K employees.
