For the past decade, she has held senior leadership roles at Nike, Inc. most recently as Director of DEI Education, where her team was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end education of DEI learning globally, inclusive of retail, corporate and distribution centers for 80K employees.

As the CEO of Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO), she spearheads an organization that offers a comprehensive suite of services and programs to empower small businesses, including access to capital and IDA’s, in Oregon and Southern Washington.
